Lighthouse Trainers, the training arm of Lighthouse Consultants was founded in April 2005 and we have quickly established ourselves as a credible provider of organisational training services. Lighthouse Trainers are excited by the praise we receive when delivering training to our clients.
Working in a diverse range of fields, we have built up a wide knowledge base and have worked with many organisations delivering innovative and effective culture change programmes, business improvement initiatives and ‘soft skills’ workshops. Our main area of expertise lies in the areas of leadership, quality and customer service.
Lighthouse Trainer’s goal is a simple one; every delegate must leave the event different to one they entered and we must help them reach the objectives – no matter what the subject.
