Business Renaissance understands that often business leaders find themselves facing major change. We have all been there when an unexpected event cannot be covered by your existing skills or experience. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could literally find somebody to ‘hold your hand’ through the process and share with you the skills/experience they have to get you through the problem.

We believe that ‘on the shop floor’ sharing of business ‘tradecraft’ is the best form of coaching a business owner can receive.

Unlike many training companies, we believe that coaching and mentoring often go hand in hand. Business Renaissance as mentor rely upon having had similar experiences to gain an empathy with the mentee and an understanding of their business issues.
Mentoring can only be effective when you the client not just need it but understand the benefits to be gained from it. We can only share our wisdom with you when you are ready to receive it. We know that effective mentors know when to advise and when to let you work it out for yourself.
